MAY 2013 Preclear Cheques An option has been added when posting manual cheques, to clear that cheque at the same time as it is entered.  This is to handle situations where payments are processed online directly with your bank. Electronic Filing Change A change has been made such that when scanning and filing a document to be attached to an invoice, if a credit memo exists referring to the invoice in question, the document will attach to the invoice, not the more recent credit. Exception Report Sorting A new option to sort certain exception report by bin number has been added. APRIL 2013 Inventory Inquiry change Changes have been made so that when displaying a product bill of materials, costs can be toggled between Current Average, or Buy Price. Accounts Receivable Aging option A new option has been added to ignore aging dates based on terms and always age Accounts Receivable by Invoice date.
